• Eyeliss 3% peptide helps reduce and prevent bags under the eyes
• Liposomes with Ruscus Iglica extract 2%,
• Troxerutin 2%,
• Niacinamide 2%,
• Caffeine 1.5% – a complex against bags, blueness and puffiness under the

A very nice refreshing eye gel with a light texture. It removes puffiness around eye area quite well. I like using such textures during hot sunny days.
